This Privacy Notice explains how Olla collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares information when you use our app. Olla is designed to help users create and manage result cards, captions, summaries, and related content based on the information they provide. We are committed to handling your information responsibly and to limiting use of your data to providing and improving the app’s core features.
Information you provide: Depending on how you use Olla, you may enter information such as amounts, categories, channels, dates, notes, budget goals, history tags, record labels, and continuity notes. You may also upload optional images such as product photos or receipt images. You may provide text, settings, or other content needed to generate results and save them to your history.
Information collected automatically: We may collect limited technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash data, performance data, and basic usage logs needed to operate and maintain the service.
Cookies and similar technologies: If Olla uses web-based pages, embedded web views, or similar technologies, small local storage tools or cookies may be used to remember preferences, maintain session state, or improve app functionality. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include encryption in transit where available, access controls, secure server configurations, least-privilege access practices, and internal monitoring for security events. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your information may be processed and stored in different countries or regions where our servers, hosting providers, or technical infrastructure are located. By using Olla, you understand that your data may be transferred across borders for processing and storage purposes.
Olla does not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, face matching, or biometric profiling. We do not create face templates, facial embeddings, or other biometric identifiers. If an image is uploaded for processing, it is used only to provide the requested app feature and is deleted after processing, subject to the retention practices described in this Notice.
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the app, support your use of the service, meet legal obligations, and maintain system integrity.
When data is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it where appropriate.
Olla is intended for users who are at least 17 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If we learn that a user under 17 has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information and disable the associated account or access where appropriate.
All AI processing performed by Olla occurs on our own internal servers only. We do not use any third-party AI services to process user data. We do not use uploaded content or generated content to train models, improve third-party systems, or build external datasets. User data used during processing is handled only for the specific feature requested and is deleted after processing, except where you choose to save the resulting content in your history.
We use information to provide Olla’s core features, generate requested results, store your history, support app functionality, respond to your requests, maintain security, and troubleshoot problems. We do not use your information for advertising, targeted advertising, user profiling, selling data, or AI model training. We also do not use your content to build advertising profiles or to infer sensitive personal characteristics.
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data. We do not share any user-uploaded or user-generated content with any third party.
We may use limited third-party services only for cloud storage, server hosting, or basic infrastructure operations. Any such provider acts solely on our behalf and under our instructions, is bound by contractual obligations to protect data security, and is not permitted to use user data for any purpose beyond what we instruct.
These third parties must not use data for advertising, user profiling, AI training, model optimization, their own purposes, redistribution, or independent access to user content.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our app, legal requirements, or operational practices. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of Olla after an update becomes effective means you acknowledge the revised Notice.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, as well as the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also request information about how your data is used or ask us to limit certain processing where permitted by law.
